FAQ
Is air smoke legal to use in Spain and Europe?
Yes. Our air smoke products comply with applicable European safety requirements and are intended for private use by adults aged 18 or over.
In Spain, they can be used without special permits when used responsibly, outdoors, and strictly following the safety instructions included with the product. For events, public spaces, venues or use outside Spain, we always recommend checking any local rules or venue restrictions before use.
Does air smoke stain?
No. Our air smoke is not powder or paint: it is pure smoke designed to disperse naturally into the air.
It does not stain clothing, the floor or the surrounding area when used correctly. It only leaves behind what matters: a powerful visual effect and unforgettable photos.
Do you offer an on-site event service?
Yes, but only in Seville, Spain.
For events and collaborations in Seville, the SmokePro team can handle the full set-up and staging for you.
For the rest of mainland Spain and EU countries, we offer ready-to-use air smoke packs online. They are safe, easy to use and designed so anyone aged 18 or over can create a professional-looking effect in seconds.
When should I place my order?
Our air smoke products do not expire when stored correctly in their original box, in a dry place away from humidity.
We recommend not leaving your order until the last minute. Some colours and models sell out quickly, especially during peak season. Order in advance to make sure you get the perfect colour for your event.
What is the difference between regular smoke and sparkling smoke?
Regular smoke creates a clean, colourful smoke effect.
Sparkling smoke adds an extra bright, sparkling effect for a more striking and dynamic result.

Is it easy to set up and use?
Yes. Our air smoke packs are designed to be simple and intuitive, even if you have never used this type of product before.
They are suitable for adults aged 18 or over and should always be used outdoors, in a safe open area, following the instructions included in the box.
In less than a minute, you can be ready to create a spectacular visual effect.
